Tom has a background in physics and engineering. His interests led him on a meandering
career path across teaching, consultancy, a PhD, geoscience, digitalisation, and managing White Space.
He has a soft spot for art and design and has an eye for visual detail some might call obsessive.
His heart lies in helping others by crafting beautiful solutions to really hard problems.
He is keen to challenge the status quo - and in doing so aspires to help make this world a little bit better.

Aishah is a geologist by background who spent her early years in her career in the oil and gas industry.
Before her current role in White Space as a decision intelligence engineer, she was a data scientist for Shell.
Her passion lies in helping clients solving critical business problems with code and challenging the status quo.

Here he completed his Master’s degree and successively embarked upon a 5-year PhD in High-Energy Physics.

After getting his master's degree in condensed matter physics near Paris, Jeremy went to Delft to get his PhD in quantum information theory.
Passionate about mathematics, he tries to apply his mathematical skills to solve real-world problems. As a Decision Intelligence Engineer,
he tries to understand client's wishes and translate them into a precise mathematical problem that can be solved algorithmically.
At White Space, Jeremy enjoys working with a diverse team of nice people.

A combination of a Mathematics undergrad, a PhD in Economics, and extensive experience
in AI allows her to find outside-the-box solutions for the challenges she takes on.

Rosa Brouwers studied Econometrics and Operations Research in both
Groningen and Amsterdam. At WS, she will be writing algorithms for amazing and impactful projects.
However, because no one can start writing a novel without first learning
how sentences are built, she will take her time to get familiar and have
a deep understanding of things such as the Terminal, Git, GitHub, and VS code.
For sure, in no time it will be a lot less Abracadabra than it was in the beginning.
